Alrededor de 50.000 personas participaron ayer sábado en el acto central del Europride, que este año 2009 ha tenido lugar en Zúrich, la más populosa de las ciudades de Suiza, tras recalar los últimos tres años en Londres (2006), Madrid (2007) y Estocolmo (2008). Una animada marcha, a la vez festiva y reivindicativa, recorrió las calles centrales de la ciudad suiza, que por cierto eligió hace poco más de un mes a la primera alcaldesa abiertamente lesbiana de su historia, la socialista Corine Mauch. Desde este domingo -y hasta el 14 de junio- dará inicio una semana dedicada al orgullo gay con manifestaciones que incluyen proyecciones de cine, conferencias, muestras de arte y largos días de fiesta.
