Segundo parece, está quase a realizar-se o segundo de três debates sobre a realidade Transexual portuguesa. Em princípio será antes do final deste mês, desta vez com a equipa do Hospital Júlio de Matos, como estava programado. Como não existe ainda confirmação oficial da ILGA Portugal, não publico a data programada, mas fá-lo-ei assim que houver confirmação. Fiquem atentos.

Transgender dentist continues legal fight

A dentist who had a sex change operation is continuing her legal battle to be registered at birth as female.

Dr Lydia Foy (photo) has asked the High Court to rule that the failure to put a system in place which would allow her to be registered as female means the State is in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights Act.

A programme to be broadcast tonight about a transsexual beauty pageant has been re-named after broadcaster Channel 4 were taken to court.The Miss World organisation successfully sought an injunction to prevent Channel 4 using their trade mark.

Before we move on to the usual, let's have a moment of silence for the victims and survivors of the Virginia Tech shooting. I don't care if it's tipical to this blog or not. They deserve a little acknowledgment and respect.
