La Audiencia de Málaga ha confirmado la sentencia dictada contra un hombre, condenado por dar collejas y reírse de una transexual, llegando a prender fuego a la falda de la víctima, lo que le provocó una pequeña herida. Tras desestimar el recurso de la defensa, la Sala confirma la pena impuesta de nueve meses de prisión y entiende que "el acusado actuó contra la víctima por su condición sexual".
