Just like 2012, the year 2013 on the international front was a good news, bad news one for the international trans community.

“Eu tenho um amo implacável, a natureza das coisas”: discursos jurídicos acerca das transexualidades no Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais (1989-2010)
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo explicitar alguns processos através dos quais ocorre a naturalização do corpo, do gênero e da orientação sexual por meio dos discursos judiciais. A coleta dos acórdãos se deu pela pesquisa, configurada para abarcar do ano 1989 a 2010, no repositório on-line de jurisprudência do Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais - TJMG, utilizando a busca por palavras-chaves para recuperar os acórdãos. A análise buscou analisar quais são os “retratos padronizadores” construídos sobre a transexualidade no TJMG e quais os discursos são legítimos para falar sobre a transexualidade na Justiça.
