Colectivos de diferentes comunidades del estado español se han dado cita en Sevilla, para analizar la situación de las personas transexuales, aunar fuerzas y decidir estrategias que posibiliten una defensa común de sus reivindicaciones, evitando el agravio comparativo de unas comunidades con respecto a otras. Por ello han decidido constituirse en Plataforma por los Derechos Trans - #NadieSinIdentidad.

Male-born security guard bags dream job as female police officer
A security guard who was born a man has revealed how she is set to fulfil her lifelong dream - pounding the beat as a woman police officer.
Transgender Jamie Lee Curtis, 29, from South Shields, Northumbria, has bagged her dream job after surgery gave her confidence to become a woman.
Miss Curtis, whose male name was Jamie Leigh, will be a Police Community Support Officer in the north east, although she does not want to reveal the exact police force.
She was offered the position following a series of interviews at the end of last year. Miss Curtis said she realised she was female when she was tiny.
