A discriminação está mais que nunca presente no mundo do trabalho. As lésbicas, os gays, os/as transsexuais e os/as pessoas transexuais e transgénero, xs trabalhadorxs do sexo sofrem todos os dias a brutalidade de estarem nas margens do trabalho com direitos ou de terem de se esconder para poderem viver.

A Frente de Combate à LesBiGayTransfobia Panteras Rosa e os Precários Inflexíveis denunciam o preconceito a que muitas pessoas são sujeitas e afirmam que também o regime da austeridade é um preconceito.

A austeridade é um preconceito porque se afirma "inevitável" e "indiscutível", quando, na verdade, já há provas de que este caminho piora a situação dos países que a adoptaram. Pelo fim dos preconceitos afirma-mo-nos solidários e solidárias com a Greve Geral, quando todxs somos necessárixs na luta contra um governo que não passa de uma comissão liquidatária de todo um país e de todos os direitos de todxs, quem não entendeu ainda que estamos todxs a lutar pela vida, vá trabalhar esta quinta-feira e não saia para a rua.

¿Quién era Mocha Celis? Una travesti tucumana que trabajaba en la zona de Flores. Una conocida mía de hace mucho; me acuerdo de la época en que volvió la democracia y nosotras creíamos que las cosas iban a cambiar. Entonces trabajamos en Flores y teníamos cada una nuestra estrategia para sobrevivir al abuso policial. El tipo ese día no la lleva detenida, pero le grita antes de irse: “¡Ya vas a ver, puto de mierda, vos vas a terminar con tres tiros!”. Y eso lo escuchamos varias.
