A austeridade é um preconceito porque se afirma "inevitável" e "indiscutível", quando, na verdade, já há provas de que este caminho piora a situação dos países que a adoptaram. ¿Quién era Mocha Celis? Una travesti tucumana que trabajaba en la zona de Flores. Una conocida mía de hace mucho; me acuerdo de la época en que volvió la democracia y nosotras creíamos que las cosas iban a cambiar. Entonces trabajamos en Flores y teníamos cada una nuestra estrategia para sobrevivir al abuso policial. Un día estaba la Mocha en la calle, ella era un semáforo: divina, morocha, con vestido rojo y cartera dorada, y nosotros nos escondimos debajo de un auto porque queríamos ver qué es lo que el tipo le decía y cómo se defendía Mocha.
