Secretária Nacional de Justiça rejeita crimes homofóbicos e provoca ira de militantes gays
O recém criado Comitê de Enfrentamento à Homofobia de Alagoas pediu esta semana ao Ministro da Justiça, Eduardo Cardoso, que a Secretária Nacional de Justiça, Regina Miki, se retrate publicamente em razão de uma declaração que deu em Dezembro para um telejornal de Maceió. Na entrevista, ela diz que os crimes homofóbicos, ao serem averiguados, apresentam uma motivação por muitas vezes, e que a homofobia não foi o motivo do crime, desdenhando os dados apresentados pelo movimento gay.
