TRF-4 manda SUS fazer cirurgia de mudança de sexo
O Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região confirmou sentença que determina à União que providencie, no prazo de 90 dias, a cirurgia de mudança de sexo (transgenitalização) de uma moradora de Massaranduba (SC). O procedimento será feito por meio do Sistema Único de Saúde.
