Miguel Martini (PHS-MG) protocolou na Mesa Diretora da Casa um projeto de decreto legislativo que interfere na identidade sexual de milhares de pessoas: a realização do chamado “processo transexualizador” – ou cirurgia de mudança de sexo – por meio do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
