Um boletim de ocorrência foi registrado e Riany disse ter sido agredida fisicamente e verbalmente pelos seguranças do local. Ela afirmou ainda que foi expulsa do estabelecimento com a mãe e, por isso, procurou a polícia. O sindicato negou que tenham ocorrido agressões e discriminação.
