Justiça autoriza retificação de nome e gênero em registro de transexual
O juiz da 8ª Vara Cível da Comarca de São Bernardo do Campo, Gustavo Dall’Olio, julgou procedente o pedido de um transexual e determinou a retificação do nome no assento de nascimento civil e a alteração do sexo de feminino para masculino. O entendimento do magistrado acompanha jurisprudência do Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo e do Superior Tribunal de Justiça, citada na sentença.
