Kesley Luiz Dos Santos Arruda(fotos), de 26 anos,foi assassinado nesta madrugada de quarta-feira,dia nove,perto da OuroCar(concessionária Chevrolet),às margens da BR-153, em Santo Antônio da Platina. Após ser atropelado por um Fusca de cor amarela ou branca,recebeu golpes de madeira no rosto e tórax.
