Protesta de transexuales en la Avenida
El presidente de la organización Transexualidad Clínica de España, Andrés de la Portilla, anunció ayer que instará a los colectivos de transexuales y gays de Sevilla a manifestarse como acto de protesta por la supuesta agresión que tres transexuales sufrieron en pleno centro histórico el miércoles 25 de julio por parte de unos cocheros. El acto está previsto que se celebre en la primera quincena de este mes, aunque aún no tiene fijado una fecha concreta, frente al aparcamiento de coches de caballos de la Avenida de la Constitución donde supuestamente sucedieron los hechos.
El lema de la protesta será Cocheros sí, apaleadores no. La asociación pretende luchar contra las agresiones verbales que este colectivo sufre asiduamente, así como también reivindicar el hecho de que no sean consideradas como una simple falta.
Además, la entidad anunció que su gabinete jurídico estudia la posibilidad de personarse como acusación particular, para "castigar justamente" dicha actitud de transfobia y violencia de género.

Un transexual denuncia en Lugo a un falso médico por secuelas tras una operación
Un transexual denunció por intrusismo a un individuo, al parecer de nacionalidad argentina y residente en Madrid, que le inyectó silicona líquida en los glúteos. La intervención le ocasionó secuelas. El denunciante, en cuyo domicilio se practicó la fraudulenta intervención, fue ingresado en el Hospital Xeral de Lugo. La Policía investiga los hechos para la localización y detención del falso médico.

Transgender inmate alleging rape loses lawsuit against prison
A transgender prison inmate who said she was raped by her cellmate has lost her lawsuit against prison officials.
A superior court jury on Thursday in San Francisco ruled in favor of six Folsom State Prison workers whom Alexis Giraldo accused of failing to protect her from being raped. The jury deadlocked on a seventh prison worker.
