A Vara de Registros Público de Porto Alegre concedeu na quarta-feira, 11, à transexual N.S.P. o direito de retificar seu nome e sexo de masculino para feminino em seu registro civil. Com acompanhamento dado pela assessoria jurídica do grupo SOMOS - Comunicação, Saúde e Sexualidade, o processo foi guiado pelos advogados Gustavo Bernardes e Rodrigo Collares.
