A Justiça de Mato Grosso do Sul deferiu um pedido de retificação de registro civil para uma agente de saúde de 24 anos, residente em Campo Grande. Ela foi registrada como Dario e, depois de cirurgia de mudança de sexo, feita no ano passado, procurou a Defensoria Pública de Mato Grosso do Sul para fazer a alteração dos documentos, o que foi garantido em abril deste ano. Esta foi a segunda vez que ação desse tipo foi garantida por meio da defensoria no estado.
