Las organizaciones humanitarias aseguran que la vida de Angélica Mª Rojas corre peligro en su Cali natal y que tenía el aval de Naciones Unidas
Angélica Mª Rojas, una mujer transexual colombiana que vivía en Valencia desde hace tres años, fue deportada ayer tras más de cuarenta días retenida en el Centro de Internamiento de Extranjeros de Valencia y habiéndole sido denegada la protección internacional como solicitante de asilo, según denunció ayer un portavoz de la Campaña contra los Centros de Internamiento de Extranjeros (CIEs No!).
Según las fuentes, la expulsión se produjo pese a los informes favorables emitidos por el Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados.
Angélica Rojas se encontraba en el CIE de Valencia esperando a ser deportada a su país por las autoridades españoles pese al respaldo de varios colectivos y al informe de Naciones Unidas.
