Everyone knows the biggest thing that kills bills, when it comes to public accommodation protections for transsexual and transgender communities, are bathroom fears. This is real. Everyone knows it. So, why then, does the transgender community refuse to actually discuss it in a civilized manner? You think yelling and screaming at those people who are concerned about it is going to work? Attacking them in ways where you try to demonize them? Sure, keep doing that and see how well it works out. The transgender communities’ lack of actually discussing the fears, and trying to come up with something more palatable to the general public (especially women) isn’t helping one bit.
